For doctors and specialists in all disciplines, medical students, nurses, technicians, paramedics, dentists, physiotherapists, social workers, all healthcare personnel and teachers, we have a number of partnerships with hospitals, clinics, Government programs and NGOs in Uganda, giving us the opportunity to organise placements quickly and efficiently to suit you.


Africa is reaching out to you to work with compassion and dedication to help its poor people and disabled and destitute children from as little as a few days to any number of years.

Our elective placements are about giving you a memorable social experience, giving you the chance to see Uganda, its people and their culture, as well as the wildlife. But perhaps most importantly, it’s about having fun. As well as the core clinical placements, we offer a range of optional programs including village visits, a wildlife safari, white water rafting, cultural music shows, trips to local markets and so on.
